Raised in Hong Kong, my relationship with music began at the piano in early childhood. After immigrating to Canada in my late teens, I found my voice through songwriting and music-making, using them as expressive tools for self-reflection and healing. Along the way, I received musical training across a range of styles, including Western classical, jazz, pop, and contemporary music.

My curiosity about Music Therapy eventually led me to settle in Vancouver, BC, where I came to deeply appreciate the healing power of creative expression and human connection. As both a musician and a therapist, I aim to cultivate a grounded, welcoming space for raw, honest, and intimate exploration through intuitive and creative processes.

Since receiving my accreditation, I have worked with diverse populations, including women and children fleeing violence, at-risk youth and children, seniors living with dementia and their families, adults with mental illness and chronic disabilities, and young parents with children ranging from 6 months to 4 years old.

My work is informed by an integrative, holistic approach to healing, drawing inspiration from modalities such as sound-based practices, somatic movement, breathwork, energy work, yoga, and meditation.

I am currently practicing in Vancouver, BC. Outside of my work, you’ll often find me reading, listening to music, spending time in nature, or enjoying quiet moments with loved ones—especially my two calico cats.
